If you are a scout ready to fundraise with Grounded Tea, please fill out the form below. In the "message" portion of the form, please include:

• Your Full Name: Please provide your first and last name. 
• Your Scout's Hall: Please provide the name or location of the scout's hall associated with your group.
• Your Troop: Kindly specify the troop number or any other unique identifier for your scout troop.
• Your Leader: Please provide the name or contact information of the leader in charge of your scout group.
