Grounded Tea ships worldwide and shipping will be calculated based on size, weight and destination at checkout. 

Cost

• For retail customers, we offer free delivery on orders over $75 within Calgary 
• For wholesale accounts, we offer free shipping on orders over $150

Times

• Processing time to get orders ready is approximately 1-2 business days
• Orders within Calgary are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after processing is complete
• Orders within Canada can take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive
• International orders take approximately 6-10 business days, please note customs may extend transit time
